Privacy policy
This page lists what we store and what you can ask us about. It applies to seotoolsai.org and its API.

Your rights first
You can ask to see, fix or erase your data. Make the request through the account page while signed in to the account it concerns.
We would rather you tell us first, because most problems are quick to fix. Requests about a specific account are easiest to check when they come from that account.
What we hold
Sign-in uses Google. We receive the account identifier and email address that Google shares, never your password.
For each API call we log the key, the action, the queried domain, the cost in credits, the time and the IP address. We need that to bill you, show your balance and catch abuse.
For payments we keep the USDT (TRC-20) transaction reference and the amount credited. We take no card details because we accept no cards.
- Account: Google identifier and email.
- Calls: key, action, domain, credits, time, IP.
- Payments: transaction reference and amount.
- Web logs: browser type and the pages requested.
What we do with it
We use it to run the service. Billing, debugging, support and abuse checks are the full list.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not build advertising profiles from it. It reaches only the hosting and infrastructure providers that operate the service for us, and authorities when the law forces us.
Cookies
One session cookie keeps you signed in. The public pages and the free domain lookup work without it.
Blocking cookies in your browser will stop sign-in, and nothing else will change.
What the records are for
Account data stays while the account is open. Call logs exist for billing, disputes and abuse reviews, and we do not use them for anything outside running the service.
Data about domains in the link index is public web data about sites, not about our account holders. Read the terms of service for usage rules, or about us for who runs the service.
Who processes your data
We rely on hosting and infrastructure providers, plus Google for sign-in. They process data on our instructions and for the purposes above.
Borders matter. Your data may be handled in countries other than your own. Where the law requires safeguards for that, we use them. Ask through the account page if you want to know more.
Public pages show no personal data about account holders. Nothing you call from the API is published, and your queries are not shared with other customers.
